Lovely clothing, awful at everything else. Used them for quite a lot of stuff over the last couple of years but will stop now. Placed an order a few weeks ago, still no delivery. Would not refund me until they had received the items back from their own courier, I never received the parcel as it was in Holland. Wasted my time with a number of mails and 6 or 7 different people. Sad because I like their clothes but I hate lazy service.
My experience with Suitsupply was a living nightmare! I ordered a denim shirt, and was really looking forward since it was given as a gift from my partner. My partner was eager too as she always heard me speak very highly about the brand. On the delivery, shirt had faded patches. I was disappointed as it was the first time that something like that happened with this company. However, I contacted the company and they asked for photos, and was asked to sent back the shirt in order to be sent a new one. Second time round, new shirt sent was damaged as well. Once again, it had faded patches. Company was contacted the next day, that is, 28th April but never got a reply. Two days later I contacted the company once again via the chat. I was informed that a manager will get back to me as soon as possible. Once again I kept waiting in vain. I contacted the company again on Monday 4th May and I got the same reply and once again nobody ever got back to me. Situation became ridiculous now. Never before I encountered such service from any other company. Thus, as my title states, Suitsupply you just lost a customer that use to think very highly of your brand.

The help I received was the best I’ve had since COVID made everyone so irritable or negligent . From the moment we broke the ice he made me feel like a priority and he even gave my girl small talk to keep the energy of our experience consistent he remembered me when I came back and had everything ready for me and even slick salesman promoted necessary socks and got me all ready for my 21st birthday trip to Vegas I appreciate experiences like this one and 1 more thing they offer water,tea, and espresso while you wait in my opinion they met the 5star expectense you wish for in every customer service encounter thanks so much to the whole team <3
I visited Suitsupply to buy my wedding suit and it was one of my best retail experiences in my life. I hadn't concluded on what I really wanted, so I ended up booking multiple meetings and trying different suits. However, the staff always extremely helpful and patient and provided me with the right guidance and advice, which helped me make the right choice. After this experience, I am sure they will be my first choice every time I need a suit.
